What is worship? What does it mean to worship God? Do we need to be at church? Should there be music? Ayodele came before us with a simple definition; Worship - to bow down before God, the attitude of our spirit.
Working through what worship is, what we gain from it, why we do it, what it costs us and what keeps us from worship, Ayodele used biblical passages and tears to share with us what it means to come before God in spirit and bow down before him. After this time of teaching, she then shared with us her own struggle to come before God, while her body was weak and in pain. So often the best thing we can take away from worship is the reminder that when we are weak, God is strong.
